What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal and Shopify Pay.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
When will my order ship?
We process and ship all our orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 5 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. You'll receive a notification via email, and/or on your JB SKRUB account when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can always check your order status by logging into your account or refer to the confirmation shipping email you received.
Can I make changes to my order?
Our fulfillment center begins processing orders as quickly as possible. If you’d like to make a change to your order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com with your order information and we will do our best to address your request.
What do I do if my product arrives damaged?
Oh no! Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and we'll make this right!
Can I enter multiple discount codes?
Our system only allows for one discount per order, as stated in our terms and conditions
Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the United States and Canada (Including Alaska and Hawaii)!
How much does shipping cost?
U.S. Shipping is free for orders over $50. Shipping will be calculated at check out for orders under $50. Shipping to Canada will be calculated at check out.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes! We are able to ship to PO Boxes.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time, but in the near future.
What shipping company do you use?
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL depending on destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. Please note tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement. If we are shipping to Canada, DHL and USPS are our methods of shipment.
Where can I find my order confirmation & shipping confirmation email(s)?
Your order confirmation will be sent directly to the email address you provided at checkout. If you don’t see it, try checking your spam folder, just in case! Your shipping confirmation will be sent to your email address as soon as your order leaves our shipping facility! Again, don’t forget to check your spam folder if you did not receive either confirmation.
How can I check the status of my order / track my shipment?
You can always check by using the order confirmation number and shipping email you received.
When can I expect my order?
If your order is received before 3PM PST Monday through Friday, we are usually able to get it out the door the next day. Expedited shipping is an option if you need your order quickly.

What happens to my order if I am not home when it arrives?
There is no signature required for any of our products - so they can be delivered when you’re not there. For more information on your delivery, check your order tracking number that was sent to your email.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I start a Return or Exchange?
We want you to love JB SKRUB, but if it’s just not right, we offer easy exchanges or returns within 30 days of your purchase. Refunds will go back to the original method of payment. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the item(s) which you are looking to return. Our customer service team will send you a form to include in your shipment. Note: Return shipping costs back to our warehouse in California are the responsibility of the customer.
I have opened the product, can I still return it?
As long as the product is less than ⅓ used, you may return the product. Please note original shipping fees are not refundable.
An item arrived broken or damaged?
Ugh- we hate when something breaks in transit! Please email email@example.com and include the order number, a photo of the item and a description of the damage. We will be in touch shortly thereafter to make it right.
Can I get my shipping cost refunded?
We are happy to give you a full refund for your product, we are unable to refund original shipping costs.
When can I expect my refund?
We process refunds as quickly as possible, but it may take 12 days from the receipt of delivery. You will receive an email notification once the refund is processed.
Are JB SKRUB products vegan and cruelty free?
Yes! All JB SKRUB products are vegan and cruelty free. We never test on animals, and ensure that all our partners are also cruelty free.
How is JB SKRUB tested for safety?
We work with leading industry experts to perform thorough reviews of our formulas, starting with individual ingredients as well as how they work together. We formulate with clean ingredients that are aligned with the highest standards of clean in the beauty industry.
Is JB SKRUB for all genders?
Yes! We created JB SKRUB with our sons in mind, but our products are for all genders. If you have kids who like to have fun and get dirty, JB SKRUB is for you. JB SKRUB can be used by anyone looking for a body care routine that is clean, gently effective, simple to use, and colorfully cool.
Are JB SKRUB products chemical free?
JB Skrub formulates to EU standards and does not use chemicals that are potentially harmful to health or the environment.
Are JB SKRUB products Gluten Free?
Does JB SKRUB use Fragrance?
The JB SKRUB Face Wash, Face Lotion and Face Pads do not have any added fragrance. The JB SKRUB Body Wash and Body Spray contain fruit derived botanical oils that contribute to the scent. No synthetic fragrance.
How does JB SKRUB define Clean?
JB SKRUB products are formulated to meet the leading beauty clean guidelines outlined by Sephora Clean and Credo Clean. We formulate with clean ingredients that are aligned with the highest standards of clean in the beauty industry. We recognize the Beauty industry continues to evolve and define clean standards. We will continue to our part to stay informed and abide by responsible practices.

Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes! Our packaging is recyclable, but we created our bottles to be muti-use. Look for our refills to be offered next year. We encourage you to refill your Body Wash, Face Wash, Face Pads and Body Spray.
What type of plastic is JB SKRUB manufactured with?
JB SKRUB packaging is manufactured from PCR (post consumer resin), a material made from plastic that has been recycled, cleaned and processed.
